A little and earthy on the nose, with supreme bubbles and a good contrast of ripe berries and white toast.

Another amazing day in Mala Mala. If you have even had the inkling to come Africa for safari, DO IT. It is the most amazing, surreal experience we’ve had and we’ve been blessed to have seen much of the world.

The is another glass before dinner at the Rattray’s Bar in Sabi Sands.

The nose reveals, pink grapefruit, orange with pith & some rind, lemon, lime, papaya, some ginger notes, brioche, soft volcanic minerality & powdery chalkiness with pink rose and darker lilies.

The palate has nice mouthfeel, ripe, rich fruits. pink grapefruit, blood orange with pith & some rind, lemon, lime, papaya, lean rhubarb, some ginger notes, brioche, soft volcanic minerality & powdery chalkiness with pink rose and darker lilies.

Photos; Tonight’s Sabi Sands sunset on our game drive, African Wild Dogs we followed hunting Impalas, Mother Elephant letting us know not to get close to her Calf and the group of three Lions looking for the rest of their Pride.
