Dolce Bianco Lambrusco

Bright, pale straw gold with fine bubbles. Aromatic nose yields green apple and white flowers. Echoed on the palate with some lemon curd. Bubbles and racy (medium plus) acidity more than balances what slight sweetness there is — this is more an “amabile” than a “dolce” (name change to accommodate the American market?) — making this as much a wine to accompany warm weather fare as it is a summer sipper. Drink now, of course.
