Very impressed with this bottle. 2017 vintage and it still explodes with flavor across your tongue and down the sides dragging a solid melon, peach, and honey the whole way to the back of your mouth. The front end is very citrusy with a little white pepper.

What a great winery. Pale straw color. Aroma of pears! ( and green apples and minerals) initial taste of crisp pears , green apples and citrus. A DRY Riesling that is not at all sweet but not dry. A creaminess one is he back. Flavors intensify as it warms. Fantastic on a hot day.

Crisp apple. Slight plum and minimal petrol.

Good, solid carbonation almost like a backbone. Pears, raisins, good sweetness balanced with light to medium acidity. Savory and just great. This one always slaps.

Even better that it’s with bae.

Wet slate and Granny Smith apple on the nose. Pear, lychee and lemon/lime flavors, which are pronounced. Mouth watering acidity. Light golden color. Body is a bit on the light side.

Hits all those boxes for me. Lots of crunchy, electric minerality, smells like rocks and tastes like them, also a bit of sugar snap peas, inside of a concentrated Granny Smith cocktail finished with a squeeze of lemon and smoke and some spice resistance, pool side. Finish of confectioners sugar. Burn your mouth acidity. Best NYS Riesling I’ve had. It wants food but it’s very friendly.

Pear, white apple, some tropical in there with JUST a touch of RS to help balance the high acidity. Great Riesling!
