Maybe you're not supposed to drink your own wine. I don't know. But I made this in homage to the wines that got me into this business and I want to drink it. So... sorry if this out of bounds but it's what I'm drinking.

Delectable Featured Wine

Get crushed out on this non-conformist blend from Portlander @Scott Frank. Bordelaise in blend, but much more Loiresque in style, the Cab Sauv gives great #structure and depth and the Cab Franc a bright lift and a touch of earthy #funk for oh so easy drinking.

Happens to be my best instrument. Threw a lot of sediment for such a young wine. Juicy purple berries, beetroot, pepper. A little bretty, a little effervescent, a lot of fun.
