A good Pinot; not as fruity as California pinots.

Need a breath to throw off animal notes. After 1-1,5h it's ready to drink. This thicker PN smells very herbaceous & fruity, green pepper, plum, cherry with alcohol notes. Taste licorice spicy sour, black cherish with strange for me cola aftertaste, it does not seem hot at all but higher AVB is noticeable.
