Apple leads the fruit-driven nose, yeast and citrus tart comes out on tongue. Worked well with a figgy piggy pizza my heart pie.

Aged nicely! Wasn't sure about holding it this long. Golden yellow aged Chardonnay. Perfect! Chill well before drinking. We have one bottle left to saviour!
