Brown Brothers
King Valley Prosecco
So many people rave about this Aussie Prosecco from Brown Brothers so when I spotted it on special at Liquorland for $15 (normally about $20) I thought it would be rude not to give it a whirl. It also brought back lovely memories of meeting Katherine and Caroline Brown earlier in the year (travellingcorkscrew.com.au/brown-brothers-patricia-wine-range).
And I can confirm the rumours are true! Definitely great value for an easy drinking bubbles! On the eye ๐it's a wonderfully fresh yellow with plentiful dancing bubbles in the glass. On the nose ๐ it's like a fruit salad of orchard fruits (think apples, pears and peaches). The fruit sweetness comes through on the palate๐
- it's light, crisp and refreshing! A very approachable off-dry sparkles that I'll be buying it again ๐พ๐ฅ
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes
