Everything Bruno Giacosa does is pretty much incredible. Even his Dolcetto is delicious!

Plenty of tannin up front... Initial hot nose.. But 20 minutes open presented soft cherry and fresh fruit forward. Tannin persisted for good soft structure throughout. Drink now. Enjoyed at Flagstaff House w/ braised rabbit.
