A very interesting and different presentation. Muted nose of light oak. Palate is like a chameleon. It has all of the elements for champagne - without the bubbles. Mid palate presents, ocean and salinity. Well balanced with good acidity. Finishes with almonds and butterscotch. This will cellar for a few more years, but may not evolve to a better place.
