L' Hôpital Côtes du Jura Savagnin-Chardonnay

Fascinating baked apple character, complete with the cinnamon, but still finishes fresh and clean. Interesting how the Jura can make these wines with such a developed character that are still light, clean, and imminently drinkable.

Stones throw from Ganevat. True to form. Fragrant. Young and fresh.

With: Pumpkin, caviar and beechnuts.

Wow. Full and rich with nutty, sherry like qualities. Big enough to pair with ribeye and bone marrow!

Green apple, lemon peel, wax, custard, almonds. Vibrant acidity, medium slightly oily body, crisp finish. Minerality for days.
