California Chardonnay

Pass on this private label wine! Straw yellow with sour fruit aromas. On the palate tart apple and hints of some mystery spice. Big acidity, a bit harsh with an alcohol presence. Pass, not worth it. Tasting Sample.

Light to medium bodied, not very supple and buttery. Not far from a Pinot Griot. Not a bad wine, but nothing special. Best on a very hot day when you want something light.

I normally don't like Chardonnay...especially a buttery one. But this one was actually very good.

Apple and butter. Great with food. Will buy again.
