A very pleasant and smooth white - luscious and light mouth filling citrus but with a smooth as silk body and finish. You can quaff this like water as it’s nice and smooth - great on a summer day on the porch or in the backyard, or with some reading and light mental tasks...the bottle will be empty before you know it: perfect weeknight wine!

Along w/ Pra & Pieropan - the royalty of Soave. Ca’Rugate also make fantastic reds. Their wines always technically correct and strike the proper balance of extraction & finesse. This was no different: floral and citrus, vein of minerality, suave acidic backbone, delicious finish.
