On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry, cherry and plum flavors with dried herb notes, cacao, tobacco and toasty notes. Fine ripe sweet tannins, long finish ending with fruit and an earthy smoky herb mineral spice character. Nice!

Dark ruby. Voluptuous nose of black cherry and black cranberry. Medium full palate of black cherry/cranberry cobbler. Fine medium plus tannins and medium acidity assert from entry but don’t overpower. Incredible balance. Medium finish. An introductory Toscana that checks off all the boxes and prepares one for Caiarossa’s premium offerings with aplomb. Drink now through 2026 when you can hit the Aria.
