Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Has a funky tanginess to it that I really like, minerally, citrusy and refreshing and that’s about it. I don’t think it’s anything mind blowing but it pairs easily with the various seafood dishes being consumed along with it.

Cakebread always very solid although pricey. Bday wine for my peeps.

This is what Sauvignon Blanc is supposed to be!

This is a great white wine. As you may know, life is too short for white wine, but if you happen to have time, drink this one.

Youthful green apples notes, palate concours the nose on the green apples, light and crispy.
