Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, honeysuckle and herbs. On the palate flavors of fresh crisp apple, melon, grapefruit and lemon zest, vivid acidity nicely balanced. Long crisp finish ending with a citrus mineral character. Very Nice!

Lightly perfumed nose with white pepper infused citrus and tropical fruits. Clean and crisp. Feels a bit watery on the palate. Nice touch of sea breeze on the mineral finish.
