NFN, light pale yellow, Granny Smith apples on the nose. Nice dry Riesling with some more green fruits on the palate. Still pretty tight.

Riesling has a long tradition in the Napa Valley--settled by Germans way back when--e.g. Beringer, Krug, Schramsberg--this wine harkens back to the older ones I've been able to try--crisp, clean, apple/pear, refreshing, lots of acid
