Central Coast Pinot Noir

Genuinely good Pinot. Owned by Duckhorn portfolio but still low key. A superscript wine, especially for the price and region.

Recommended pairing for elk and Buffalo meal at our first trip to Spanky’s Stone Hearth

Felt thin on the finish and sweet at the start. A nice but surprising pairing for dinner. Seemed like it might be better with an appetizer.

Very ripe fruit. Seems to be in the sweeter side.
