Gift from a friend. Another domestic blazingly hot (% not on label, but VOLCANIC) , overpriced domestic Pinot ($75+ if you wish to purchase aujourd’hui). Actually, delicious: beautiful black fruit and long, nice finish, in 2 dimensional way. However, I pair these with BBQ or stews (hearty, sledgehammer food) with folks I want to impress with $$. I have many better subtler values in the cellar for cognoscenti. I can do much better with the German pinots from Fass Selections. Ty, friend, and no disappointment, but buy smarter, y’all.
