Dark red in color with medium intensity and a purplish rim.
Fruity on the nose with blackberries, blueberries, green Peppers, vanilla, oak, cedar, tart cherries, cloves, licorice, earth, smoke, metals and white pepper.
Full bodied, but not bold, with medium acidity and Long Legs.
Earthy on the palate with blueberries, cherries, strawberries, vanilla, oak, licorice, green peppers, red currants, almonds and black pepper.
Short finish with green, bitter tannins and sour cherries.
An OK Cabernet Sauvignon from California. A little watery on the mid palate, and bitter at the end. Nonetheless, still enjoyable with hard cheeses.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
