Olives and acid- so fun!

Almost bubbly. Great first or second (after a Cavu) when doing a Spanish flight. Loved it for one who does not drink whites often.

Very dry, acidic, crisp, green. Better the 2nd day

2017 tasted in 12/2018. Pale yellow, light bodied. Beautiful nose of white flowers, minerals, tree fruit. Dry crisp and mineral driven, light and very refreshing.

Zippy, crisp, acidic. Chardonnay in stainless steel, blended with cava grape varietals. Yummmm
