開けたては、ややベジタルで上ずった感じもあるが、開いてくると少し落ち着く。
それでも、柔らかい印象は終始あって、ややフランボワーズ、やや野いちご、ややバニラ。
ランゲあたりのネッビオーロはカリッと厳しさと集中力があるが、こちらはいい意味で緩く、どの要素も緩め。豚肉のローストとナイスペアリングだった。

Very light Nebbiolo. Was a great after dinner bottle to ease into the night. Bold in flavor, slight sweetness. Terrific bottle.

Rustic elegance, great purity. Structured, lovely finish. Iron, graphite, cherry liqueur, welcoming bitterness, light tannic undergirding. This is their entry-level—LOL #arpepe
