Broad and mineral-lined palate, just a touch sappy but overall very fresh and floral, firm but fine tannins. Really floral, mineral and elegant. Needs at least 7-8 years to soften its mineral wall. 2008.

Still quite youthful and needs to soften a bit (decanting or overnight aeration) but the quality is evident. One for the ages, at least another 5-8 years left in it.

Candied dark fruit and dried cherry, very floral nose with underpinnings of dried leaves and beeswax. Palette shows more dried anise-spiked fruit and finishes with brush and slight pencil shavings. There's plenty of tannin and acidity here making it a candidate for the cellar. Will come together in 8+ years.
