Good value. Raspberry spice nose. Raspberry, cherry, cinnamon tar, and bark on palate. Took a couple hours of slow ox to open up. Finish is moderate with some graphite. Overall very nice if you like subtle fruit and earthy/mineral emphasis - which I do.

Extra point for value. Tight on opening. Singing after 2 hours. Subtle dark fruit nose and palate. Grippy balanced and pleasantly intense tannins throughout long finish. Juicy acidity with earthy, leathery, tobacco, and mineral throughout.

San Silvestro ‘Sabbie’ Roero Arneis DOCG 2018: Medium-bodied. Nice structure. Bright acidity & freshness. Notes of citrus, peach & apple flavors combined with hints of honey and decent minerality. The finish was medium-long with a touch of nuttiness. All in all, this was a beautifully produced, balanced & tasteful northern Italian varietal. Cheers🍷
