This was served too cold at first. It was like biting in to an underripe Granny Smith Apple. Lots of tartness with a touch of sweetness. Grapefruit and melon showed up after it warmed in the glass. Finish rounded out too.

Lime and minerals nose. Citrus, green apple tangy crisp acidity. Really good with cheese.

Echoes of Bordeaux Blanc, lacking density & overpowered by the SB, looking for some of that suaveness from the Semilion on the palate - instead it was SB all the way with big yellow citrus & fresh cut grass w/biting acidity.

This is a wine that I didn’t like at the first sip but after few minutes of aeration it completely changed for good, a nice citric finish, no excessively sweet...

Smells of acidy grass and melon.
Sharper than anticipated, tastes like yellow and a little citrus. Finishes out without a punch. Not a lot of body.
