In Shale, Limestone, Sorrento Loam, and Sandy Loam soils.
Grown late February - mid October
Small lot fermentations.
Aged on Oak for 6 months.
Color dark Ruby and Garnet edge.
Opens with complex Sandalwood, Cassis, Black Cherry, Dark Chocolate, Roasted Coffee.
Palate of rich mouth-coating concentrated fruit, long finish, Black Tea, Leather, Licorice, Spice Box.
Textures broad and even, ends with fine tannin structure!
