Jammy Bouquet. Dark and brooding, erupting with flavors of black cherry, earth and freshly ground black pepper. You can really feel the 15.1% ABV, but it doesn't seem overpowering. Still a bit austere, this needs some time in the cellar, or at least a good decant. One of the great values in CA zin, and one of the best entry levels. Trouble is, you can't get it.
