Musky raspberry, cherry, orange bell pepper smell, slightly purple blood red, the taste is unapproachable in a good way, it invites the taste buds to find the balance and flavor that is definitely there (opposed to jamminess that pushes forward making it obvious and an attention-whore - think Cali-cab), the raspberry strawberry and mandarin undertones dance together over a lukewarm structure that has both wet and dry layers of tannins (aren’t non-jammy cabs so fun!), the flavor feels like it’s dispersing but then flares, the wine is savory and complex and medium bodied and delicate
