2015 in July 2018. Very enjoyable, drank by itself but would pair nicely with beef.

Jul 27th, 2018First wine since having #19 emergency extracted this week.
Miss that tooth immensely.
This wine is such an incredible Carmenere.
Dusted cocoa fills the nose, following into rich layers of South American terroir. Slight salinity, ripe, delicious fruit, chocolate covered wild berries. The acidity is well integrated into the cigar box.

Apr 6th, 20182015 Carmenere - stronger cherry taste but finishes dry. Would be excellent with red meat, not acidic or too sweet.
