A little 187ml bottle is probably all I would care to drink of this. Soft tannins, a bit acidic, and undeveloped fruit flavors dominate; some secondary aromas of cedar and anise. Not bad, but also not great either. As luck would have it, it paired well with my Wagyu filet mignon.
