I love a good Carménère and this is a good one. Very smooth not too dry at all. Great with steak!

An alluring red, with notes of crushed blueberries and black cherries to intense peppercorns and rosemary, elevated by sweet bacon fat and cedar. Hints of bell pepper and baking spices surface on the nose, palate, and finish. This screams for food!

May 25th, 2017This wine would have been great with some pepperoni pizza or BBQ ribs. It's smokey with a ripe strawberry and blackberry fruit forwardness. Not sure id drink this by itself, but a decent wine if paired well.
