Very young, but opened up nicely. Paired perfectly with meat pie and crispy pig head at Cockscomb SF.

Black cherry, black plums, dried cranberry, baking spices,
Tannin++. Wow, that's a lot of tannin. I'd lay this down for a bit, or pair it with a nice fatty steak.
