May 3rd, 20232023/2 with orchiette with salsicca and tomato sauce, etc. Started quite tight and tannic but opened over a few hours to reveal typical red fruit with some floral and earth notes. A nice bargain in traditionally-styled Barbaresco.

年末に飲んだブレッツァのカンヌビは重厚感のワイン。
こちらはエレガント。でも、しっかりとした旨味。ネガなビオ感はなく綺麗でいて、素朴さも。
