Oct 10th, 2022Tremendous color. Looks like Chateau Simone rose. Watermelon, strawberry, spice, a lipstick like intensity, spice, earth, florals and mineral. Deep cherry. Cherry lozenge. Floral. Citrus and Tree bark after some air. A gorgeous nose. Palate is ripe, juicy, full of tannins and structure. Terrific acids, man is this zingy and fresh and even has some citric zest to it. Tannins build up on the finish. Very serious Langhe Nebbiolo.

Cherries! 🍒 Blood oranges, rose petals, and white pepper. Mouthwatering acidity. This could age a bit but i think it’s so good right now i don’t know why you’d age it.
