May 17th, 2020CVed 8/20/17. Gordons $20 library release 2015. Remarkably light golden color for the age but due to provenance (see the '76!). Classical Riesling nose of hay petrol and slate and white stone fruits. Lithe and balanced with acids and firm body on palate and layers of mature peaches and tropical floral notes peeling off on finish. Harmonious and exciting. The whole package. Yum! What value!

A deep musty barrel funk, followed by bright fruit. Finishes long and slightly sweet, but not at all over cloying.
