2009 vintage. Brought by and cracked with @Pinotman /// Andreas. Slightly plush with restrained berry tones. Harmonious and comfortable. Chilled down a spell and and flecks of earthiness appeared on the borders of the palate. Tasted immediately after opening, 15 mins, 45 minutes and 3 hours later. Picked up a 3-5 year old Côte-Rôtie flavor profile on the last sampling. Smoked meats, dirt, iron, slight plum reduction. This was phenomenal. Thank you, @Pinotman /// Andreas! — 9 days ago
