Cashmere Cellars
Black California Red Blend
Drank in May 2020. About 15 minutes open and it calms down from its alcohol forward start...but the alcohol remains but not so heavy. Nice texture, as the name implies. Red fruits and light oak.

Decanted and swirled. Mild bouquet of sweet raspberries. This wine changes as you taste it. First a softness then a build to a dark cherry then a quite fade then a long tannic finish. LAYERS!
