Fair warning: My 1st vineyard experience may cloud this rating. This is a light bodied, medium tannin wine best served with cheese like guyere or parmegiana. Flavors of plum, strawberry, tart cherry, smoky tobacco and clove hit the palate. Very smooth mouthfeel with a nice finish. Very flavorful for an old world wine.
