Edit: I initially gave this a good ol' 9.0 upon opening, but after 20 minutes it went completely flat and lost all acidity. So disappointed!

Mar 7th, 2015Nose is full of bell pepper and barnyard up front but this gives way to a soft and smooth palate. Nice tannins to finish it out. Classic Loire cab with reasonable price tag. Happy to find it in HI
