Even more of a beast than the last one in June but if you like the style it’s outstanding. You know I like the style...

An excellent example steeped in pipe tobacco, pure licorice and black fruit. Benefitting from an hour decant this has miles to go. From magnum.

I don’t drink a lot of this but it showed well with age. Needs a decant to wake it up.

Perhaps the most promising Caymus SS in a long time. Nose of pure cassis. Big and laden with liquorice, black fruit, dark oak, fine tannins that linger forever. This beast needs another 5+ years, but has cedar and cocoa notes that suggest this will get much better.

Vanilla, sweet spices, and chocolate mingle with ripe fruit. Lacking enough acidity to completely balance that out.

Nice wine, can't complain about that. $$ not worth the price though.

Fruity, medium oak showing some vanilla and cinnamon with satisfying finish.

Ripe and ready. A crowd pleaser at the table.

Muscular monster of a Cab. Heady aromas of graphite, blueberries and blackberries. Tons of extracted dark fruit and chewy tannins. Rescinding my last statement; this was the best of the day.
