Dark cherry and plum, medium to low tanins. Smooth finish. Had with prime filet and paired wonderfully

Dry….a bit of ether on the nose…..dark rich fruits

I have a feeling this may be the most significant bottle of wine I’ve ever had.

Very smooth tannins, bold ripe red fruits. Really special wine.

Disappointing. Not what I expected. Had an off taste I can’t describe.
