Secondary floral notes. On the very back of your palate, you get stone/acidity that will cut through a heavy seafood dish. From your nose, to the back of your palate, this Viognier is tough to beat! 2-3 years in it.

Tropical fruit aroma. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Bright and refreshing with flavors of starfruit and minerality. Developed a haze as it sat.
