Interesting. Cab is dominated by the 10% Syrah. Like drinking a bowl of black olive juice. No 11 WA cab green. Really geeky stuff.

Give it time to open. Leather with some deep red and old blue fruit. Nice tannins, easy acidity and definitely drinkable now. A really enjoyable a fun smooth wine. More Syrah-like than big cab. Loved it.

Haven't been a huge fan of the Cayuse Bordeaux varietals, but this Syrah+Cab blend is seamless and savory. 2012 vintage. Delicious.
