This is a nice Italian sparkling wine. Showing citrus, lemons, green apples, minerals, light earth and white pepper.

Medium bodied with medium acidity and small bubbles.

Dry and nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

11% alcohol by volume.

Not as good as La Marca. $4 cheaper. Dry with a little sickening sweet finish. Might be better with food or mixed in something.

Got for the wife and in-laws to make Strawberry Lime Sparkler. Was pretty good, but I couldn't drink it alone. Wife 9.0! Just lots of bubbles for me. Couldn't beat the price though! Happy New Years!!!
