I feel like a lot of the time, when people talk about texture, particularly in white wine, it's code for weight and usually flabbiness. But this is a real example of beautiful texture: ample and voluptuous but underpinned with brilliant and lifting acidity. A beautifully crafted wine, and simply one of the best American white wines I've ever had.
