Medium lemon yellow in color. Aromas of peach, mango, honeysuckle, and vanilla. Viscous texture with flavors of peaches and cream. It’s a bit flabby but overall fairly typical for the oaked style of California Viognier. 14.8% ABV.

A very interesting and different type of Viognier from one of my favorite producers. The nose shows lush, oaky notes of peach and mango. The palate continues the oak with a creamy feel, almost along the lines of a Chardonnay. Flavors of peaches and cream mingle with soft floral notes, round acidity and a touch of vanilla. The finish shows to spice of the along with moderate acidity.

Great white flower and lemon citrus, elements of oak on the finish.
