The'11 Chamisal Chardonnay 'Unoaked Stainless' was my back-up bottle for the dumped '94 Shafer Chard. Refreshingly crisp with pure and supple flavors of citrus, Granny Smith apple, honeysuckle and melon. A creamy, but still lively finish. It saved the day.
