This wine is wild! White/orange blend with 32% Pinot Grigio, 29% Chardonnay, 14% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Muscat Ottonel, 8% Gewurztraminer, and 7% Tocai Friulano. Some of the grapes see skin contact. We had it with falafel, and it was great. I think you could serve this with any kind of Middle Eastern food.

At first taste, couldn’t decide between sauv blanc and pino Grigio. That’s because it’s both, plus Chardonnay. Really enjoy this wine. Complex and stays on the palate long after taste.

The 2011 is golden yellow, aroma of golden apples & sea water. The beach is here. Crisp, dry mineral favors with a touch of lemon & brown spice. The perfect raw shellfish wine!
