It starts with ripe black cherry, raspberry, licorice and cranberry. It transitions in the mid palate to a soft splash of pepper, along with blueberry. The tannins are soft and the acidity is light. The finish is fairly full and lengthy.

Drinkable, berry taste with cherry, not a lot of tannins. A little on the sweeter side.

Why the heck is this so cheap??? It's a light red, slightly sweet but not SWEET. I got it at trader joes for 5 bucks to use for cooking or sangria. I had nothing else last night so I opened it to drink and was pleasantly surprised. Actually pretty good!

Trader Joe's sells this. Good and simple, clean red wine. Had it with a curried dish and that was just perfect. Surprised they're in Healdsburg.

The best bang for your buck. $5.99 at trader joes & I hope they never, never run out. Giving it a 9.9 out of 10. If her do rag was green it'd be a 10.
