Apple, melon, medium-light bodied. Crisp without much complexity to the finish, but good enough value.

No new oak means this 100% Chardonnay is fresh and zesty with pineapple and yellow apple flavors. They are accompanied by a well balanced acidity and off-dry sweetness. Paired nicely with crispy salmon and wasabi ginger bok choy rice. ($9) [8/17/16]

Clean and crisp edges. Something akin to a Macon.

A perennially excellent Chardonnay, this wine, as shown on the label, exhibits the apple flavors one would normally associate with a Pinot Grigio. It is not sweet but has enough residual sugar to stand up to spicy food, yet restrained enough to be a fantastic cocktail wine.

Pineapple, green apples, pear, slight oak. Decently intense as well as acidic.

Paired this lovely Chardonnay with shrimp and scallop scampi. Bursting with lemon and mineral notes. No oak influences appreciated in this wine. Another score at the grocer going out of business sale. A fun and refreshing summer sipper. Great entry level Chardonnay with excellent QPR, even at full price.

Not usually a fan of Chardonnay, but this one is really good.

I love everything I've had from this winery, I'm planning a trip to do a tour. 😉
