Drinking the 2012 in 2015, I can tell you: C.S. Knows what he's doing. This could cellar another 2 or 3 years and still be fantastic. Clover honey, bright acidity, mild pear & white nectarine. Pairs beautifully with Thai food, spicy fish, even game hen. On its own, chill and sip on a hot evening.

Sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet, almost like a dessert wine, but not quite there.

Not a huge fan of Riesling, but this one is not very sweet, and has a good flavor profile; Light hints of citrus, very crisp

Floral, pear, and honey greet you as you raise your glass light golden color light tannins. Not a typical riesling better on a hot day to drink outside with the fruity notes caressing your palate. Is more reminiscent of a light gris.
